Paper feeding part

To paper by independent servo motor driven feed, realize accurate speed control, can be more accurate control box, the interval between configuration six high quality paper belt, each tape length can be adjusted separately, feeding smooth, paper cutter and clearance between the tape can be adjusted through out the paper knife trimming mechanism, a carriage rod is equipped with high-performance vibration motor, ensure the high stability of paper.

Correction part

The drawing section can effectively correct the deviation of the carton after paper release, so that each carton with different paper release deviation will be effectively corrected after it reaches the drawing section, so as to facilitate the subsequent accurate folding of the carton. The drawing section can be selected on the left or right side according to the box type.

Ministry of folding part

The prefolding part mainly prefolds the first and third lines of the carton so that the carton can be attached to the automatic packaging line. The lower left transmission belt is 43mm wide. Discount part

The folding part is the part that folds the second and fourth lines of the carton. It is the last part of the carton forming. The carton is folded and shaped by upper pressure conveyor belt, folding knife, abducting belt, pressing wheel and lamination.

Pressing part

The main function of the pressing part is to connect the main machine with the conveying part. After the paper box is formed, it passes through the overlapped import and conveying part and completes the counting work of kicking paper. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a paper accumulation detection device.

Transport part
