 Fluidized bed granulato Working principle 

The incoming air is fed through three filters and heated by an inlet AHU unit, then the material in its distributor is blown out and dried by the hot air. In the case of fluidized granulation, the adhesive from the peristaltic pump through the spray gun into the box, spray to the surface of the product. The product is bonded together by binder to form a bond bridge and core particles, which are formed after growing up. The binder bridge is evaporated by hot er growing up. The binder bridge is evaporated by hot air and formed by dry even particles.

 Fluidized bed granulator characteristics

1. Import summary

The inlet air conditioner is composed of G4,F8,H13 filters and heaters with precise temperature control. The inlet air flow is controlled by the exhaust fan motor VFDfrom HMl.

2. Main structure

The main structure is composed of lower bowl, mobile product bowl, fluidization chamber, expansion chamber/filter cover. The lower bowl, product container and fluidization chamber are sealed with inflatable Sicon gasket and sealed with compressed air detection sensor to ensure reliable sealing

3. Product filtering

Double structure bag filter (optional stainless steel accessories), inflatable silicon gasket sealing between the inner surface of the expansion chamber, and equipped with compressed air detection sensor, ensure the sealing reliability. A dust sensor is installed in the exhaust pipe and is interlocked with the control system to ensure the safety of the product during the processing stage.

4. Exhaust summary

To protect the environment, optional exhaust dust collector.

6. FLUIDZED GRANUL information

When fluidized granulation is required, adhesive solution pools and spray systems with peristaltic pumps are used

Designed and provided. The adhesive is sprayed from the peristaltic pump to the material surface through the spray gun. The product is bonded together by binder, forming binder bridge, forming core and growing. The adhesive bridge is evaporated by hot air and evenly dried particles form.

7. Unload the system

On-line dry cone mill is used for lifting and unloading materials. The vacuum charge is mounted on the lift. An on-line dry mill system is designed and provided, forming a fluidized bed dust-free discharge system to ensure the requirements of dry sizing and clean production, in line with the current GMP specification.
