DPP-150 automatic blister packaging machine is a new product developed by our company. It is suitable for the packaging of capsule, tablet, sugar-coated tablet, candy, liquid (ointment), syringe, food, hardware and small electronic components. The machine automatically completes the whole process of blister packaging, including blister forming, filling material, heat sealing, embossing batch number, line cutting, blister cutting, waste rewinding and so on. The products packed in bubble bags have good sealing and are hygienic and safe for consumers.

Main Performance features

1. The punching frequency can be adjusted by digital frequency converter, 15-45 times/min.

2. Adjustable clamping range, 30-120mm. Simple adjustment and accurate synchronization.

3. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine, the filling rate of round pieces is 99.5%, and the filling rate of capsules is 97%. The feeder can be connected with powder vacuum device (optional).

4. Plate forming system can reduce the heat loss in the sealing process and greatly reduce the required temperature.

5. The machine is light in weight, small in size, compact in structure, easy to use and easy to maintain.
