Strong pressure type mixer characteristics

1. Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or plasticized under closed, pressurized and temperature-controlled conditions, with high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent quality, free from environmental pollution, and convenient refuelling and color cleaning.

2. The mixing chamber, rotor, lead and other parts are equipped with jacket structure, which can be used for heating or cooling through medium, steam, heat conducting oil and water, so as to meet the requirements of various rubber refining (plastic refining) process. The processed materials are of good and stable quality.

3. The screw Angle and working length of the rotor flange are designed reasonably, which can make the material get the best kneading effect. The peak of the rotor edge and the end face of the rotor are hardfaced, and the surface of the mixing chamber, the rotor and the weight in direct contact with the material is polished and polished with hard chromium plating, bright wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

4. Feeding from the rear door of the frame (or from the side), the mixing chamber turns forward to discharge 140°, which is convenient for the connection of processes up and down the production process, and convenient for the observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotor.

5. The joint between the upper mouth of mixing chamber and the suspension wall of the frame adopts the labyrinth-type pressure sealing structure of arc plate groove, which has good sealing and dustproof effect. The rotor end face adopts contact external pressure type non-lubricated sealing structure, wear-resistant and durable.

6. The reversing mechanism adopts TOP enveloping worm pair (TOP) with high transmission efficiency, large bearing capacity, and can realize non-stop unloading, which avoids frequent starting of the motor and greatly extends its service life.
