Kneading machine is widely used in the rubber industry for almost all kinds of rubber material mixing.

Pressure slider device: The pressure slider device is installed on the rack and adopts pneumatic upper pressure slider. The working surface of the slider and rubber is plated with hard chrome. The inner pressure block is provided with heating and cooling tubes, which can be heated or cooled according to the process requirements, and equipped with dust cover, with good sealing effect.

The frame adopts steel plate welding structure, the whole processing, high strength, good stability.

The electrical control system of this machine is controlled by imported PLC, which can make the maintenance and operation safe and simple. Other low-voltage electrical appliances all adopt domestic advanced factory products and are strictly selected by our factory.
